On 4th November 2010, Cooper Controls (U.K.) Limited (a wholly owned subsidiary of Cooper Industries plc) announced that it has completed the acquisition of Mount Engineering Plc, holding company of Raxton Limited.
Raxton products are designed for hazardous area use where equipment is used within potentially explosive atmospheres created by gases, vapours, ignitable dust or fibres.
